Elevate Impact Hub curates and shares evidence-informed research and insights that home and community care providers, planners, and policy-makers need to ensure Ontarians get the best possible care now and in the future.
Objectives
- To support transformation by the ongoing collection and curation of research, reports and white papers, that generate new knowledge and insight into home and community care
- To facilitate collaboration among researchers and service providers
- To help bring research insights to life through implementation-focused webinars and peer learning opportunities
The Impact Hub’s primary focus is curating research that generates new knowledge into the home and community care sector’s:

A Division of OCSA
Elevate Impact Hub is a division of the Ontario Community Support Association, whose membership includes over 220 not-for-profit organizations that provide home care and community support services across the province.
